Where do you ship?
We ship pan-India, however some pin codes are unserviceable by our delivery partners. If we cannot deliver to your location we will notify you immediately and any payments made will be refunded. COD orders cannot be shipped to all locations so please pre-pay to make shipping hassle free.
When will I receive my item?
Orders received before 12PM IST are shipped the same day, and the remaining are shipped the following day. We ship all orders from our factory in Vasai, Maharashtra. Depending on the distance from Vasai, your items will normally reach you within 2 to 5 working days once shipped.
Please note, all COD orders need to be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before we can process them.
Can I change or return my item?
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not offer any returns or exchanges. However, if there are any defects in any of the products you receive, please contact us immediately for a replacement or return.
